locked out of azure account

I try to log into my Azure account. Doing a learning path (sc-300) I did some configuration which might have locked me out. The message displayed is as follows:

"You can't complete this action because you're trying to access protected resources as an external user in this organization. Please contact the admin to allow you to access the protected resources."

I can't open a ticket in the azure support area - because I can't log in at all (same message above).

Is there a way to get back access?

    Hi Hubschmid, Sven,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Have you successfully logged in before? There could be several reasons for the account being locked.  in this case, I suggest that you kindly follow some basic troubleshooting steps.

    • If you have entered the wrong password for the account, you may have gotten locked for that reason.
    • If you tried to sign in to your account and received a message that it's been locked, it's because activity associated with your account might violate our Terms of Use.

Try logging in from a different browser or device to see if that resolves the issue.

Check your credentials: Verify that the login credentials you are using for your organization’s account are correct. Make sure your account is active and not locked out, and that you are using the right login and password.

Check firewall settings: Check with your IT department to ensure that the necessary ports and protocols are open. It's possible that your organization's firewall is blocking access also, check the troubleshooting guide.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortumatelly it does not work out my problem. I use the account for education purposes. I guess I did some config for conditional access who locked me out. And I am the global admin there - so no chance to revert it. Thank you
