Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions - Certificate not appear

Hi Team,

993270533 is my MCID number. I recently completed my AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions certificate, but it does not appear on my profile. My AZ 104 certificate is also expiring, and I recently passed the AZ-104Microsoft Azure Administrator exam, which is also a prerequisite for the AZ-305.

My Both certificate is still missing from my creditinals.Could you please assist me with this?
