On premise Sharepoint 2019 - can't log in to site from external

Hi all, I just stood up an on prem Sharepoint 2019 server and have everything up and running, I have the external site configured, but when I try to log in with my AD creds, it goes back to the login window. Doesn't allow the creds to pass through. I have tried it from Safari, Chrome, Edge, and none of them are working. I googled the issue and have went through several of the solutions to try, but none seem to be working. Right now I only have HTTP enabled, not HTTPS. But that shouldn't matter for being able to log in with AD creds.
I checked the User Permissions tab under Manage Web Applications, selected the main site and all options are enabled. Under General Settings, I selected "Yes" under "Accept user name and password from the API".
Has anyone else seen this issue before? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Do you want me to look under the logs here "C:/Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/Web Server Extensions//LOGS" or in the Event Viewer?
