Losing the dial pad when adding a 3rd party using Teams

When adding a 3rd caller to a Teams call, I lose the dial pad. That's not helpful if the 3rd party is a company that doesn't take voice commands and forces you to input a number or extension to get transferred. When will this bug get fixed and is there a work around?

Thanks,

    Hi @Eliza Morin

    Welcome to our forum!

When there are three or more participants in a meeting/call, the dial pad feature/functionality disappears/becomes unavailable, which is the current product limitation for Teams.

To get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website, and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support.
