Hello to everybody.

I've a stupid issue but quite annoying on a daily basis. When you create a pivot table or use dataset, there is a panel that appears on the right of Excel below the ribbon.

Normally I'm able to hide it by clicking the icons or switch from one to another. However it doesn't work anymore since few days.

Did anyone of you experienced the same or knows how to solve this ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Guillaume

    Hi,

Did you mean you cannot hide the Field list anymore?

Did this problem appear in all Workbooks with PivotTable?

I suggest you right click the PivotTable and select the option "Hide Field list":

Try this method and check if it will help.

If my understanding is incorrect please provide more information about your problem, I'm glad to help you.

    Hello,

Thanks for the answer and happy new year ! :)

    I already tried :

    • to hide/unhide the fields and the same for the datasets.
    • repair office from the programs list

Ultimately I uninstalled / installed office from the scrub app and everything came back to normal.

    Best regards,

    Guillaume
