How do I switch off 2 factor authentication without being able to log into my account ?

I recently swapped phones and didn't back up my authenticator which is now erased. When I try and log in anyway to my account I require an authentication code / QR code which I can't access. There are no other sign in options available.

In the absence of a backup for restoration, the sole recourse is to utilize the account recovery methods provided by each service provider. The Microsoft Authenticator functions solely as a code generator.
