My MS AZ-Exam profile empty and there are no Exam records of my passed AZ exams.

Question

I am very disappointed as far as the certification of candidate records or profiles have been disrupted by Microsoft from well-organized to chaos. I spent over 5 hours going in a loop between Pearson VUE website and Microsoft to find my certification profile and transcript without any success. I have passed the following Exams from July 2023 through November 2023:

1.       AZ-104

2.       AZ-800

3.       AZ-801

4.       AZ-700

I am still looking forward to seeing my transcript of these exams and have no idea where the records are. I also realize that Pearson VUE may have used a different email address to register me for different  exams from different exam vendors. That is being said, I have 2 different profiles and with different MSCID#.

The Microsoft Q&A platform currently does not provide support for Azure Certifications inquiries. I would recommend that you seek assistance in the designated Microsoft Credentials forum instead.
