How can I renew my certifications if expired and I haven't got any email for renew

I had given my Power Platform certification exam for PL 100 and PL 200 in April 2022.

Now, it shows expired in my profile.

At least I should receive an email before it expires. I haven't received any email notification for it.

Now, how would I renew it again.

Please guide on this.
