My MSFT credential is not registered.

I took the Microsoft Certification Exam MO-200 in May 2023 and passed in an email that I received

Congratulations! You have earned your Office2019: Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate (Office 2019) certification.

I tried to look up my certification because I need to renew it. They have no record of me at to no success What can I do to fix this situation?
