I cannot login to my partner account and cannot add it to my authenticator app

I am the administrator for our business account and cannot login to either the partner centre or my personal account.
The issue seems to be authentication. When I try and login it asks for the code from the authenticator app but my account is not on the app. When I try and add it, I get the same message, ie use the Authenticator app to approve sign in.
Its ground hog day! Help please.
Ideally I'd like to contact Microsoft support but can't do that without logging in. I can't even access online chat. Based in teh UK so UK info and numbers if possible please.
