I followed the official setup guide to add Clarity on my website using Google Tag Manager. I am getting CORS policy violation errors and 503 errors on my website. Only a few outbound requests are failing. Is this a misconfiguration on my side? If yes, how can I fix this?

My issue is not related to the IIS server. The issue is with the recently launched Clarity service. It seems the endpoint https://www.clarity.ms/eus2/collect hasn't been configured with the correct headers. The issue is intermittent. Some requests succeed, while others fail.
