    Hi Tasawar,

    Certifications tab has moved under Credentials. Below is direct link to your Certifications tab:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab

    Do you see your Azure Fundamentals certifications on your Certifications tab? If not please let me know in comment below.
