One SharePoint site collection is not openign from sharepoint desinger

One SharePoint site collection is not openign from sharepoint desinger nor from edit list from SharePoint list.

there was a issue in opening the sharepoint sites (2016) from sharepoint designer (2013) ,After SP 1 designer 2013 installed, I could open all other the sites now but except one. Please help why it is not allowing. it is loading and stopping.

Clearing Designer cache and reboot did not help.

Please help. Thank you.

There is one corrupted list in the designer but this list is not there in the site
after removing this corrupted list from designer, list and libraries option is showing. Thank you for your inputs Michael

Hi Michael Han,

I don't see any response. Below highlighted ( yellow color) is the culprit. other sites are loading from designer with no issues.
When I entered the URL and click OK from designer below are the screenshots and then it is stopping there itself not opening like other sites.

Above ticketed one wwi2b site is not opening. Please help

I deactivated and activated the feature and cleared the cache again but nothing worked out.

You could try to install the lastest update for SharePoint Designer. Check if it works for you: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3114721/august-2-2016-update-for-sharepoint-designer-2013-kb3114721

I have uninstalled and installed, and then I installed latest update using link you have given.
Also cleared the cache and rebooted. but I don't see any progress. Please help

Hi @sns ,

To install the latest update of SharePoint Designer, you need to have Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2013 Service Pack 1 installed first. Then install the latest update.

And I notice that you downloaded 64 bit SharePoint Designer SP1, you also need to download the 64 bit latest update.

yes it is there but 64 bit SharePoint designer is there but not installed

After having service pack 1 only I installed latest one u shared. But still the problem

if it still confused, can you share me the sequence of steps and service pack and latest updates links, I will uninstall 2013 and every thing, will begin from scratch and verify the result.

The steps should be:

Install SharePoint Designer SP1, restart the server after installing the update.

Install the latest update, restart the server.

THis time I could install sp1 installed first and latest updates second. But still the same problem. Still I am not able to view lists and libraries. you can see below screenshots

and just one more note, this is with lab sites only which we migrated from prod to lab.
production sites are fine, is there any thing we need to for lab sharepoint server?

yes. it is visible. you can see below screenshot. But how to add a new form from there and make it default from below settings?

and why it is not viewing from list and libraries?

Disable and Enable and then try clearing the SharePoint Designer cache and try again.
