How to migrate one drive to one drive with cross tenant migration method?

I would like to request one thing. Now I am trying to migrate onedrive to onedrive with cross tenant migration method in my testing environment with the "Cross-tenant OneDrive migration" article. However, I faced an issue in step two. I was running Set-SPOCrossTenantRelationship -Scenario MnA -PartnerRole Target -PartnerCrossTenantHostUrl https://mysharepoint-adminurl but I got an error message in Powershell. Could you please help me with this issue? Thank You.

Hi,

Please Confirm that the source SharePoint tenant does not have Service encryption with Microsoft Purview Customer Key enabled. If enabled on Source tenant, the migration will fail. Learn more on Service encryption with Microsoft Purview Customer Key
