How to purchase MOS exam (excel expert) voucher in Pakistan

Hello All

I am Ali Ahmed from Pakistan.

I want to take online excel expert (MO-211) exam from Pakistan. i went to Certiport site for purchase for exam voucher. Voucher fee for USA was listed as $100 and for countries other than USA it state that you have to contact local representative.

But here in Pakistan I have been offered exam voucher around $110-120.

my question is, is rate for exam voucher in Pakistan is higher than USA? and why? is there any way to take online exam from Pakistan?
