unexpcted charges on Azure though I don't have any resources running

Would you mind help me provide the unexpected charges which are still running background though I have deleted all my resources. Please help me stop my billing from this. Quick reply would be much appreciated! Please find the subsciption detail below for your reference.

    What resources do you see when you drill down inside the cost analysis dashboard? I believe there must be some resources that might have been created under a different resource group and left behind causing the billing to not stop.
