Hello,
If your laptop is experiencing issues during the factory reset process, it’s possible that there may be an underlying problem causing it to randomly turn off. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Power cycle your laptop: Turn off your laptop completely, unplug it from the power source, and remove the battery (if possible). Hold down the power button for about 15-20 seconds to discharge any residual power. Then reinsert the battery (if applicable), plug in the power source, and try turning it on again.
Try booting into Safe Mode: Restart your laptop and continuously press the F8 or Shift + F8 key (depending on your laptop model) before the Windows logo appears. This will allow you to boot into Safe Mode, which loads a minimal set of drivers and services. If your laptop stays on and operates normally in Safe Mode, it may indicate a software or driver issue. Then we could try a clean boot and video card driver to check.
Best Regards
