I just want to be able to talk to my friends on a website that my school trust so can you please let me be able to text my friends again and the only people i would want to text is Chenault, Najavia K, my group chat,Commodore, Janaiah,Jones-McReynolds, Kaylynn N,Taylor, Aaliyah and thats it so please let it where i can text again. Yes i still can't text my friends or even type it just says " Your administration has disabled this chat for this user and sometimes it says for 1 or more users on different peoples names. And how do i know how to contact my IT admin or any one to let me text people cause with covid going on i just want to be able to text my friends.

Do you have other contact information?
Except the chat in Teams, you can also try to call or meeting.
If all these features are disabled, you can only contact the IT admin or other colleagues.

Only Teams admin can deal with your problem. End user has no access to do that.
