AZ-900 Learn documents/ self learning module are they updated with new course outline

Hi Team,

I am planning to appear for AZ-900 exam. I noticed that skill outline is going to be updated on november 9.
Are the learning modules are updated with new skill outline? if not when they are going to be available?
