How to retrieve account on Authenticator app?

Need help retrieving accounts on authenticator app. Not under business account, but personal.

I use the app to authenticate my 2 facebook accounts. Weeks ago, I accidentally uninstalled the app from my phone. Now I’m trying back and forth to retrieve the accounts so I could get the OTP codes to access my Facebook accounts.

I also tried adding new FB account but it is requiring me the Secret key from Facebook which I do not have.

My bad that I did not backup the accounts. Hoping Microsoft still has my data as long as I provide my Facebook login details?
