Unable to view "Certification" tab after passing DP100 exam

After successfully passing my Azure DP100 certification exam, I am unable to find the "certification" tab on the dashboard to view or download my certificate. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

    Certifications tab moved under Credentials. Below is direct link to your Certifications tab:
