I cannot see my Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 Certifications in Microsoft Learn Website

My Microsoft Certification ID is 996016159.

I cleared my Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Az-900 Certifications but i do not see it in the Microsoft learn portal.

Can someone please help me.
