Users not receiving B2C email verification code

We have been using MSFT B2C for our application authentication process for a couple of weeks. However, we have noticed that users are not receiving email verification codes to access their accounts. We have confirmed with them that the emails are not landing in their spam folder, and we have also tested the system using our personal email addresses.
