Attempting a clean install of Windows 11 and am getting a requirements error even though I already have Windows 11

I am attempting to do a clean install of Windows 11 through a USB in order to leave the Windows Insider Program and even though I already have Windows 11 and clearly meet the requirements, upon booting through the USB and attempting the install, I get an error saying my PC does not meet the requirements for this version. PC Health Check confirms that I meet the requirements so I’m unsure as to why this would be happening. Any ideas here?
