Hi @Satish Kumar , I understand that you got error message "Unable to start the Cloud Shell". You've followed cookie setting in the troubleshooting guide but it didn't help.
Please note that CloudShell will create 3 new resources for you: resource group, storage account, file share in the storage account. Depending how you request for CloudShell, you may get "Advanced" option to enable you choose for existing resource group/storage account/fileshare. Be aware of supported storage region for CloudShell.
Since you can't start CloudShell, possibilities:
- Your Azure user don't have enough permission to create any of the 3 required new resources.
- There are Azure Policies applied to prevent you from creating resources in non designated regions - please request your Azure admin to add one of the supported storage regions for CloudShell to be allowed in the Azure Policy.
- There are Azure Policies applied to prevent you from creating resource without mandatory tags - since CloudShell resources are created automatically, it will not have the mandatory tags.
