Authenticator codes are not received but I can see my Account in the application.

Trying to acces a work account. It says it sends a code to authenticator. I do not receive it. When I select a different connection method, it keeps wanting to send me codes, which I cannot receive. I am stuck in a loop. And I cannot talk to anyone on MS support...... Is there a problem with the authenticator services?
