Why my credentials are not appearing in my Microsoft Learn profile?

Hi, I took Azure AI Engineer Associate certification on Dec-23-2023 and completed it successfully.

However, I am not able to see the credentials under "credentials" in my Microsoft Learn Profile.

When you click on the 'Credentials' in the left bar, on the right area you should see 'Applied Skills' and 'Certifications' tabs. Click on the Certifications. You should be able to see your certificate and details link.
