Switched to a new phone, but school and work accounts are not in the authenticator

Hello,

So I recently switched phones from an Iphone 11 to a 13. The transfer went smoothly, however I can't access my school and work emails anymore because Microsoft Authenticator is still tied to the Iphone 11 and I dont see those accounts when I open the Authenticator app on the 13. This is probably because I did not set up a back up for the authenticator app before switching phones, what do I do or who do I contact in order to access both my work and school emails, or reset the authenticator app for those accounts.

Thanks

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I hope this video can help you:

In the absence of a backup for restoration, the sole recourse is to utilize the account recovery methods provided by each service provider. The Microsoft Authenticator functions solely as a code generator.
