Grant consent failed with error: This application requires application permissions to another application.

Question

I am trying to add "DeviceManagementManagedDevices.Read.All" permission to an already registered app (Microsoft Graph).

However, when i click on "Grant admin consent", i get error:

"Grant consent failed with error: This application requires application permissions to another application. Consent for application permissions can only be performed by an administrator. Sign out and sign in as an administrator or contact one of your organization's administrators. [tVv1oMTU9AnxbCyBliEDVA]".

First of all - how can i know what exactly is that "another application"? And what additional roles do i need in order to solve this? I am already an Application Administrator.
