We configured signature following instructions in above link but they stack at the end of email chain instead of appearing right after your reply / email body.

How is it possible that such a giant like microsoft does not provide any reasonable mechanism for signature management?

What solution does microsoft use for signature management?

Outlook | Windows | Classic Outlook for Windows | For business
Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | For business | Windows

    Hi @RSahi ,

    Welcome to our forum!

We configured signature following instructions in above link but they stack at the end of email chain instead of appearing right after your reply / email body.

I'm afraid that it's the expected behavior when you use the organization-wide signatures and disclaimers.

As far as the Outlook client is concerned, what we commonly use is to create a signature on the client. It's suggested that you could let the users in your organization create signatures in Outlook by themselves. More information: Create and add an email signature in Outlook for Windows.

    Hope to help you!
