Check below questions to narrow down the issue.
- What changes had been made before the issue started? (Patch, hardware, application update and so on. )
- Do we see the blue screen? Is there an Error Event Id 1001 in system Event log?
- What is the Bugcheck code?
- Is the server able to run normally if you reboot it?
Try following methods to fix this issue:
- You can try boot into safe mode.
- Try run the hardware diagnostics supplied by the manufacturer or contact them directly for help.
- Disable 3rd party anti-virus software in safe mode and then reboot.
