The first problem was the charger was not working even if I got a new charger it didn’t fix anything. So I stopped using my laptop for 5 months and today I turned it back on to find a purple screen of death and it’s extremely slow. I can’t update the drivers because it can’t pop up and if I close a tab it leaves a ghost mark? What should I do?
