Can a bot @channel in messages posted into channels?

I've created a bot using the Bot Framework SDK, but I would like to be able to @channel in the message to notify all members of that channel when a message is posted by the bot. How can I accomplish this?

    Hii @Jessica Chen at present we have support to only user mention and tab mention. but we can't have access to mention all members of a channel . you can please further refer this documentation Create conversation bots for channel or group chat - Teams | Microsoft Learn
