Is there a way to view the files and folders in ADLS Gen2 without access to downloading the files?

Is there a way to view the files and folders in ADLS Gen2 without access to downloading the files? I need to view the folders, sub folders and files in ADLS Gen2 but I don't need access to download the files.
I know how to read it through databricks but I need to view the folders/files it through Azure portal or Azure Storage Explorer without access to downloading the file.

    Thank you for posting query in Microsoft Q&A Platform.

    we can control access to files in ADLS Gen2 for READ or WRITE or EXECUTE permissions, using Manage ACL option. But please note, download option will be still avaiable in storage explorer or in ADLS Gen2 storage UI.

    For reason, if you want to have a UI without download option, then kindly consider creating a webpage or html page and try to show your files and folders there and share that html or webpage with end users.
