Microsoft Certification ID or merging of profiles

Question

I wish to merge my certification profile with my learning profile. I am using the same email for the two profiles. I have Microsoft Certification ID and access code, but I do not seem to know how to add it to my learning profile.

The Microsoft Q&A platform currently does not provide support for Azure Certifications inquiries. I would recommend that you seek assistance in the designated Microsoft Credentials forum instead.
