Why can not my PowerBI Desktop find the function of "Bind to parameter"?

hi team,
I followed the page like this "https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/desktop-dynamic-m-query-parameters" , but I can not find the function of "Bind to parameter".
I want to change the parameter by the slicer on the report, and are there any solutions?
