How to resolve an error in Power Automate when breaking role inheritance in SharePoint?

I am trying to create a flow in Power Automate where I used action 'send an HTTP request to SharePoint' to break the inheritance role, but I receive the following error:

"The expression "web/lists/getByTitle('done1.txt')/items(%2fShared+Documents%2fTechnology%2fVirtual+Coffee+Chat)/breakroleinheritance(copyRoleAssignments=true, clearSubscopes=true)" is not valid."
