How do I calculate the capacity used in a Container in a storage account?

I am trying to work out how much capacity a container has consumed in a storage account. There appears to be no option to 'calculate capacity' as per documentation suggests. Is this a permissions thing? And how can I achieve this instead? Seems to be a very simple task that people would want/need to do, so not sure why it is not at all easy.
