Intune PKCS Certificate Setting Problem

Good Day!

About below figure, I don't know how to find 1."Certification authority", 2" Certification authority name" and 3. "Certificate template name"

I have already ready the following document, but I still how can find them.

Question 1: Is the "Certification Authority" same as below figure - Full computer name?

Question 2 Is the "Certification authority name" same as below figure - Certification Authority? (Below is a server for lab, not any sensitive data)

    @James Chan_110, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the "Certification authority", we configure the internal fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of your Enterprise CA. In your picture, I think it is "CA.xxx.COM"(to protect your information, I have hide the middle part). For the "Certification authority name", it uses the name of your Enterprise CA. It can be "GOCNCA". For the "Certificate template name", it uses the certificate template name you configured in "Configure certificate templates on the CA" part in the link you provided. You can find the name under the certificate template properties.
