MSI app Uninstall unknown error (0x87D103E8)

Can somebody provide me a solution for the following error code please ?
This is creating a lot of problems in the office.

    Is it possible to create a logfile with the MSI? Maybe this will help to narrow down the problem?

    @ZhoumingDuan-MSFT I got a similar issue and here are my MSI details, I deployed the app as LoB.

    File Name: TortoiseSVN-1.14.7.29687-x64-svn-1.14.3.msi

    Download URL: https://sourceforge.net/projects/tortoisesvn/files/1.14.7/Application/TortoiseSVN-1.14.7.29687-x64-svn-1.14.3.msi/download

    It installs the app successfully but while uninstalling it getting the same error.image

    Please help me!
