You could try following methods check if this helps unblock you:
1.Navigate to edge://settings/passwords
, check if there are saved password. Â
2.Navigate to edge://settings/profiles/sync
and check if the Passwords option is enabled. If enabled, you could try to Re-sync data to this device and click Re-sync now.
3.Please help check whether the Passwords option is enabled in edge://settings/clearBrowsingDataOnClose
. If this option enabled, the password may have been cleared.
Also, you could try to reset the Edge browser by going to edge://settings/reset
, click on the “Restore settings to their default values” option and click Reset.
If you have any third-party security software, please disable them and restart your computer to check if the issue persists.
