In the absence of a backup for restoration, the sole recourse is to utilize the account recovery methods provided by each service provider. The Microsoft Authenticator functions solely as a code generator.

    Hi @MarkB Jr ,

You could try following methods check if this helps unblock you:

1.Navigate to edge://settings/passwords, check if there are saved password.
2.Navigate to edge://settings/profiles/sync and check if the Passwords option is enabled. If enabled, you could try to Re-sync data to this device and click Re-sync now.
3.Please help check whether the Passwords option is enabled in edge://settings/clearBrowsingDataOnClose. If this option enabled, the password may have been cleared.
Also, you could try to reset the Edge browser by going to edge://settings/reset, click on the “Restore settings to their default values” option and click Reset.
If you have any third-party security software, please disable them and restart your computer to check if the issue persists.
