You were getting a conditional access error which we investigated and found that “Enabled for users to sign-in” was disabled for the MS-PIM Enterprise Application which you again enabled it now and then verified

Failed to Save Admin Consent Settings

Whenever I try to save the Admin Consent settings in Enterprise Applications | Consent and Permissions. It throughs an error "Failed to Save Admin Consent Settings".
I am the Global Admin but still, it is throwing this error. Has anyone else faced this issue or have a solution to this issue?
