On a Windows 11 laptop, ourHDR

teen was messing around with the mouse and said he right-clicked, went into settings, and turned on HDR. Horizontal lines appeared and we can't reverse this no matter what we do. You can't use the mouse to right-click because all you can see are the lines. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Hi Suzanne,

Thanks for your post. It might be because the driver of the monitor supplier doesn’t match with the Windows 11. Can I know what the brand the monitor is?

Also, if it cannot help with right clicking, try to use the keyboard and press Win + ctrl + shift + B to reset graphics driver. If still doesn’t help, please contact the monitor supplier for assistance.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
