Hello! I have a school Microsoft account that requires me to sign in to access any of my school related documents but, when I try to sign in, it asks me press the code in my authenticator app. Despite that, there is no code in the app. I made sure clocks are synced (on the three devices I’ve tried to sign in on) and when I press ‘I don’t have my authenticator app right now’, it tells me to open a code in the app. I’ve tried deleting the app and nothing works! I tried adding the account to the authenticator app again but it asks me to open the code in the app, which I’m trying to sign in on! I’m not signed in to any other authenticator app besides the one on my phone and I need help! Thank you!
