Not able to dismount the db

We want to delete below db but it not allowing to remove, it is going to back to same page when we try to remove using GUI

and when we try to remove using powershell it is coming up with database could not found message. Please help

    Hmmm, Most probably database already dismounted try clearing the config cache and see if the database exist in your SharePoint Farm. If it's still there then try running the dismount command again.
