You may file a (free) support ticket with our Azure subscription support team to receive swift and focused assistance on Azure subscription related issues.
You need to create an Azure support request. Select Subscription Management for the issue type.

--Call the customer service number for your country/region.
To may try the following steps in the interim, if you haven’t tried this already:
1.login to browser InPrivate window or Incognito mode and see how it goes Or test this on a different browser.
2.If you have any adware, disable the extension and see if it works fine.
3.You may consider to sign-up from a different system/network.
