Dear All,

My customer environment has Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2016 with hybrid servers.

I cannot prepare schema, but I found the KB: to prepare AD by command: Setup.exe /PrepareAD /TenantOrganizationConfig C:\Install\TenantOrganizationConfig.XML /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms

I have done by doing above KB, after that I prepare domain in the next step and then I have successfully installed Exchange 2016.

The problem is, cannot disable any mailbox accounts. The error message is as follows,

How to resolve the problem, please help!

Thank you very much.

Last Update: I found this KB: https://learn.microsoft.com/vi-VN/exchange/troubleshoot/setup/organization-preparation-failed

I have already checked the LDAPDisplayName on the ms-Exch-Resource-Schema and the ms-Exch-Resource-Property-Schema, and they have the correct values.

And my customer has already checked the versions of the Exchange Active Directory; all the attributes are correct as the Exchange 2016 CU23.
