I cant able to see my exam result on Microsoft dashboard.

Question

I completed my exams related to AZ-104 and AZ-400, but still i am unable

To see my results on my Microsoft learn profile page.

So kindly update my profile. And help me with download my exam Certificates.

Below your certification, click View certification details, next click Print button above your certificate, select Save as PDF, under More settings uncheck Headers and footers, etc.
