We have added TXT and CNAME record in other DNS service provider but in Azure portal showing Pending, can you please let me know what is the cause.

I understand that you are trying to add a custom domain to Azure Front Door and the domain state was Pending Validation
However, you confirmed now the state has changed "Validated"
