Is it possible to change the default length of meetings for all users in our organization? I know how to shorten meetings, but I want to customize the default length to better suit our needs. For example, I want to set the default length to:

  • 15 minutes
  • 25 minutes
  • 45 minutes
  • 55 minutes
  • 1 hour and 15 minutes
  • 1 hour and 25 minutes

Since this is for the whole organization, I hope there is a way to change it centrally.

    Hi @Jari Due Jessen ,

    Welcome to our forum!

As i know, we can change the default duration for new appointments and meetings via File>Options>Calendar Options and only the below options are available. If you want to customize the default duration, I'm afraid you'll need to resort to VBA etc.

Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present. To get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support!
