Configuring private storage account is not working Azure Open AI

Hi Team,

Last week I got mail from Open AI "Azure OpenAI on Your Data Update: Enhancement on Private Endpoint and VPN" and based on the document referred in the mail https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/how-to/use-your-data-securely I have configured container in storage account which is accessible for only selected networks.

I was able to configure the container in the private storage account and open ai was able to fetch the answer for the questions from the document in the storage account. The same I have tried again and we were not able to configure the private storage account.

Also last week I was able to ask questions in the public data set even if private data is configured.

But today, when i asked a question from the public dataset I got a message like 'I'm sorry, but I couldn't find any information related to your query in the retrieved documents. Could you please provide more context or clarify your question?'
